Single-sided cylinder ‘Hellraiser’ Ankara print fabric lampshade

‘Hellraiser’ is a bespoke lampshade designed using my architectural understanding of illumination and how patterned textiles behave when light passes directly through them. Handmade using a bold, graphic fabric, ‘Hellraiser’ creates a vibrant, rich and intense light that adds instant character to any interior.

Fabric Story If you want a shade with maximum impact when lit 'Hellraiser' is the shade for you. This shade features an Ankara printed waxed cotton fabric, chosen for the ombre style change in pattern from grey into red then lilac and cream. The pattern is graphic and modern, and because it sits on the exterior, it remains visually striking whether the lamp is on or off. When illuminated, the colours intensify and the ombre effect is more prominent. The resulting light colour temperature is red hot.

Lighting Behaviour ‘Hellraiser’ responds beautifully to warm bulbs, enhancing the richness of the outer colours and creating a warm ambience ideal for living and dining rooms plus bedrooms.

Handmade Craft Each lampshade is handmade in London using traditional making techniques. The exterior pattern is aligned with precision, the interior lining is finished cleanly, and the structure is built to maintain its form over time. As part of a limited run, every shade carries the individuality of the maker’s hand.

Practical Details Available in multiple sizes and suitable for both pendant and table‑lamp fittings.
